Keeping your data secure is a priority. This website does not collect health information or any other sensitive data. The contact form is used solely to arrange a session time or to obtain organisational information.

Data controller

The controller of personal data is Emilia Superson – Psychotherapy Practice, email: emilia.j.superson@gmail.com.

Scope and purpose of data processing

• name and email address – in order to respond to your message,
• form data is not shared with third parties,
• form data is not profiled or analysed for marketing purposes.

Legal basis

Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – the legitimate interest of the controller in conducting correspondence and providing information.

Retention period

Data from messages is deleted no later than 6 months after the end of contact.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Online payments

To process payments for services, an external payment provider is used: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland). When you pay, you provide the data needed to complete the transaction (e.g. name, email, transaction details); card/BLIK data is processed solely by the payment provider and is not stored by the controller. The legal basis is performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and a legal obligation related to settlements and accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). The data recipient here is the payment provider. Billing data is retained for the period required by tax law.

Cookies and ad measurement

This website uses the Google tag (Google Ads) solely to measure advertising effectiveness (conversions). This tool may store cookies on your device. Advertising cookies are activated only after you give consent in the cookie banner. Until then, in line with Google Consent Mode, measurement stays disabled. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site data in your browser. The data recipient is Google LLC. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
