Who I am
I am a psychologist and a cognitive-behavioural psychotherapist in training at the Tercognitiva centre, and a member of the Polish Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy. I provide consultations and individual psychotherapy online for adults coping with life crises, difficulties in relationships, low self-esteem, and mood or anxiety disorders. Sessions take place online in a safe and comfortable space that offers the same level of support and engagement as meeting in person. I regularly take my work to supervision and continually develop my skills through training and courses. I am currently learning sign language so that I can support people with different communication needs.
How I work
In my therapeutic work I combine CBT tools with elements of mindfulness and schema therapy. I try to tailor the course of therapy to each person's needs while staying authentic and honest in our contact. I help you look at your difficulties from different perspectives and teach practical ways of caring for yourself day to day, so as to prevent future crises. I believe that everyone has within them the resources to cope with difficulties – our role is to discover them together. It brings me joy to see clients notice their own progress and the changes appearing in their lives. I care about discretion, a sense of acceptance and understanding. I do my best to tailor the course of treatment to each person's needs.
