Before your session
A short guide to help our online meetings run comfortably and safely.
- Calm and privacy
It helps to find a place where no one will disturb you – this makes it easier to focus and feel comfortable taking part. - Equipment and connection
Make sure your internet is stable, your headphones work, and your camera is on and ready. Having the camera on is essential for effective work. - Notes and reflections
I recommend having a notebook and something to write with for important thoughts, questions or observations during the session. - Planning topics
Think about what you want to bring up. For the first session it is worth having basic medical results with you (e.g. a blood count, a consultation with your GP) to rule out physical causes. - Punctuality and duration
A session lasts up to 50 minutes. Arriving late does not extend the meeting time.
If all of the above is in place, the session can begin smoothly.
See you soon!
