Before your session

A short guide to help our online meetings run comfortably and safely.

  1. Calm and privacy
It helps to find a place where no one will disturb you – this makes it easier to focus and feel comfortable taking part.
  2. Equipment and connection
Make sure your internet is stable, your headphones work, and your camera is on and ready. Having the camera on is essential for effective work.
  3. Notes and reflections
I recommend having a notebook and something to write with for important thoughts, questions or observations during the session.
  4. Planning topics
Think about what you want to bring up. For the first session it is worth having basic medical results with you (e.g. a blood count, a consultation with your GP) to rule out physical causes.
  5. Punctuality and duration
A session lasts up to 50 minutes. Arriving late does not extend the meeting time.

If all of the above is in place, the session can begin smoothly.
See you soon!
